Where are you based?

I am currently based in a workshop on the Gold Coast, Australia. However I will be moving soon to a new workshop location in Brisbane - details coming soon

Can I book a consultation?

Yes, consultations can be arranged by contacting me via email. These can be done either in person, or virtually

Bespoke Process

How does the bespoke process work?

I begin with a consultation (in person or online) to understand your vision, style, and budget. From there, I develop design concepts or sketches, refine the details with you, and once approved, move into production.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most bespoke pieces take between 4–8 weeks from design approval. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, materials, and stone sourcing.

Can I redesign or remodel existing jewellery?

Yes. This is a great way to repurpose heirloom or unworn pieces into something new while preserving sentimental value. Materials will need to be assessed to determine what's possible.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No, but the more ideas, photos and stories you can bring, the easier the process is. If you're entirely unsure where to begin, I can help guide you by walking you through various options.

Materials & Sourcing

What metals do you work with?

Solid gold (yellow, white, rose), platinum, and silver.

Where do your gemstones come from?

I source gemstones from trusted local suppliers, with a focus on ethical sourcing wherever possible.

Can I supply my own stone or metal?

Yes, I often work with client-supplied gemstones & metal, though it will need to be assessed first to determine their suitability and condition.

Sizing & Adjustments

How do I find my ring size?

The best method it to visit a local jeweller for accurate sizing. There are various online tools and kits you can use yourself, however it is best to have it done by professionals to avoid any chance of it being incorrect.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes, most rings can be resized +/-3 sizes (depending on the design). Some designs (like full eternity bands) may have limitations due to stone placement.

Jewellery Care

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, sleeping, exercising, cleaning - essentially anything involving manual labor or any chance of scratching or knocking pieces.
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, moisturisers and perfumes.
  • Store pieces separately to prevent scratching

How do I clean my jewellery at home?

Before cleaning, be sure to check your piece for any potential damage, loose or wobbly stones. Cleaning can cause further damage. If you're concerned, please get in contact with me to check

A gentle clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush is usually sufficient. Dry with a lint-free cloth.

Do you offer professional cleaning or maintenance?

Yes, regular cleaning, polishing, and maintenance can ensure your jewellery lasts a lifetime.

You can bring your piece in at any time for a free check up and clean.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of bespoke jewellery, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

What if there is a fault or issue?

If your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact me immediately to repair, replace, or resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I exchange a ready-made piece?

For non-custom items, exchanges may be possible within 30-days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

Orders & Payment

What is required to start a bespoke piece?

A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin the design and sourcing process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, major credit cards, and other standard payment methods available in Australia.

Under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006, cash payments cannot be accepted and any transactions over $10,000 must be reported to the Australian Securities & Investment Comission (ASIC).

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, all items are shipped across Australia using secure, trackable services.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location

Is my jewellery insured during shipping?

Yes, all shipments are fully insured until they reach you.

Repairs & Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

A warranty is provided for the first year, which covers manufacturing faults.

This does not include general wear and tear or accidental damage.

If you have concerns about a piece, please reach out so we can try and resolve it.

Can you repair jewellery purchased elsewhere?

In most cases, yes. However, you will need to confirm whether this will void any other warranty for that piece.

Pieces will be assessed and provided with a recommendation and quote for repair
